Which countries do we ship to ?

– More than 50% of Standard delivery will arrive within 7-14 working days if we are sending the parcel from China from when you submit your order and is available Monday – Saturday. However our delivery time greatly depend on shipping distance the courier has to cover. If the parcel is sent from USA we may use USPS standard or expedited ground service to ship which takes most part of USA 3-5days.
– All parcels are sent on a fully trackable service which you can track by following the ‘view tracking’ button in your shipping locator email. After processing your order we may need 1-2 days to update the tracking information from our shipping partner. You will receive a separate email with your tracking number.
– Standard delivery is free above $10.
– We can’t ship to PO, APO FPOs
– We are unable to deliver on public holidays, any orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the following working day
– If you are not present to accept your delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on what to do next.

– We have multiple options for international delivery, depending on where you’re situated in the world. Check the table below for shipping time estimates: However this is only general estimate & statistics that we collated from previous shipment history.
Please note: Standard shipping may take a little longer to dispatch during busier periods.
*We currently do not ship to: Countries not mentioned in the list. However you can buy from any countries & final shipping destination could be mentioned supported countries.
*Standard shipping is not available for all countries, we can offer an express service or free postal service
*The free threshold is only available for tangible goods, please look for offers section for latest updates on shipping fee waived or not
-Some countries outside of Europe may be subject to additional custom & import fees. Customs & other tax or fees are solely buyers responsibility to pay to their Government.

Where is my order
You’ll be able to follow your parcel’s progress by clicking the ‘View tracking’ button in your tracking confirmation email. We would sent tracking information after 1-2 days when our shipping partner hands over the information to us. Please be patient.
If you still haven’t received your order after the delivery estimate, get in touch with support and we’ll get right on it.
My parcel is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it.
– If your tracking states your package has been delivered, but you have not received it. Please first check with any surrounding neighbors for anyone who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf. Sometime neighbors love your packages more than you.
– If you had your ibazar order delivered to a workplace, please check with all employees who may have accepted the parcel, we know how tempting our package might be.
– Couriers may update the tracking as delivered prior to delivery to please their bosses, so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost. If after this period, you’re still unable to locate your order, contact our support team with your order details and we’ll do all we can to help out.
– If you authorize the courier to leave your parcel without a signature and you cannot locate it, ibazar cannot be held accountable if the delivery goes missing.
*Lost Parcels can be claimed via delivery service provider Like USPS. However it takes some time.
*All lost parcel claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

I have not received my tracking Id
- We have 0-3 days maximum handling time, During this time your order is being processed or passed to several partners/ shippers/ manufacturers/ distributors /dealers.
– You will receive your tracking information once your order has shipped and your shipping confirmation email has been sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.
If you haven’t received your tracking link after 72 hours, please get in touch with your order details so we can look into it.
If you’ve received your tracking number but the tracking hasn’t updated, please allow up to 48 hours before getting in touch. Normally standard tracking information takes 1-2 days to get updated in the system. It is normal.
Something other/ missing/ Item damaged in the parcel
Do not worry! Humans do errors.
– You ordered cat but dog arrived. Though we love dogs but please claim your refund/exchange. We will arrange free return pickup & your money would be refunded.
– Most of our merchandises are covered under insurance / warranty/guarantee. Talk to us we will resolve the matter.
– Lost /damaged parcels can be claimed via courier partner like USPS, please keep photo /video evidence for claim.
– Items arrived significantly not as described in listing can be fully refunded/ returned to us.
Customs/ import duties fees
All prices on the website, including shipping are not inclusive of any import fees you may be subject to. Paying duty or tax is sole responsibility of buyer.
As all orders are currently shipped from USA/China/Europe, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery inside your country.
Canada – All orders above the value of CAN$20 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Canada Border Services Agency for more information
USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.
Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information
New Zealand – All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.
Refusing to Pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to ibazar, a restocking /shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we’d recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your international order.
