Q. What is your refund/ return policy?
1)We have Warranty from our suppliers from 3-12 months on select products marked with [+]
2) Wrong item delivered- full refund within 7 days.
3) Damaged item delivered- full amount refund within 7 days
4) 3-7-15 days return policy, more than that is considered item used.
5) Return without valid reason- will not be accepted / return at your own cost  to our offices. Please read all product descriptions before order.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US /UK & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing / shipping.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 10-14 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping time vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, but we ship to listed countries only via USPS.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please check your e-mail.

Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept all Major Cards via Paypal. Payment is authorized by PayPal Only.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. We use 128 bit Comodo SSL encryption for website content & 256bit  SSL encryption for payment processing. Our payment gateway is handled by PayPal. We keep no customer card records. Payment is securely processed by PayPal.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for order follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. Privacy policy

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. It is sole responsibility of customer to pay customs duty during delivery if asked. For most countries you will not have to pay customs since the item costs are well below custom threshold limit but it depends where are you located & your local tax/customs policy. Please read the Customs  guide here. We will declare equal or lower price in the parcel than you had paid to minimize customs tax if at all any.
